MAKUHARI BAY-PARK RISE GATE TOWER has received ABINC Certification, and we attended the ABINC Certification Award Ceremony organized by the Association for Business Innovation in harmony with Nature and Community (ABINC).

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Inoue of the Chiba Branch of Mitsui Fudosan Residential Co., Ltd., along with Abe, designer at JMA.At the ceremony, the project “MAKUHARI BAY-PARK RISE GATE TOWER” was introduced as an ABINC-certified project, recognized for its initiatives that give careful consideration to biodiversity.

In this project, JMA is responsible for design supervision.

At JMA, we will continue to engage in design that responds to the natural environment and local ecosystems, integrating architecture, landscape, and urban design.
