We are pleased to announce that its Founder and Principal, Jun Mitsui, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects (FAIA).

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) awards the FAIA title to architects who have made significant contributions to the profession and to society through design excellence, leadership, and public service. Fellowship is one of the highest honors bestowed by the AIA and is granted to a limited number of members each year.

Throughout his career, Jun Mitsui has been engaged in architectural and urban design projects both in Japan and internationally, with a strong focus on the relationship between architecture, the city, and public life. His work emphasizes contextual sensitivity, social responsibility, and environmental considerations.
This election to FAIA recognizes his long-standing commitment to these values and his impact on the built environment.
