Since the completion of the first phase in 2019, the project has been developed in stages while consistently carrying forward the overall vision for the district. Over approximately 11 years, it has evolved into a cohesive and vibrant urban environment.

In this tower, the design responds to the surrounding context—such as the sea, sky, and landscape—continuing the established narrative while creating a new architectural presence.
