The March issue of Kindai Kenchiku features Makuhari Bay-Park Rise Gate Tower.

In this project, for which Pelli Clarke & Partners and JMA served as design supervisors, the architectural design was developed in accordance with the design guidelines of the Makuhari Bay-Park master plan, with careful consideration given to the overall streetscape and the relationship with surrounding pedestrian spaces.
