The Ikoi and Manabi Exchange Terrace was conceived as an open hub for learning and interaction within the local community, offering a welcoming place where people of all generations can gather and spend time comfortably. The design makes the most of its exceptional setting, overlooking the Seto Inland Sea with mountains rising behind it, and creates a place that harmonizes with the surrounding natural environment.
