Positions	Designing (Architectural designers, interior designers, landscape designers)
Qualification	Someone with more than three years’ experience of working at relevant design firm; designer with architectural design, master planning, urban planning, interior and/or landscape design experience and a specific area that they are good at. * Please make enquiries from the contact page if your experience is less than three years.
We are looking for	English fluency is essential. Business level Japanese is also essential.(must:N2, welcome:N1) Someone with great design and presentation skills. Someone with the relevant design knowledge and is determined. Someone with Japan’s second grade or first grade architect license and experience is preferred. Someone educated overseas and has worked overseas. Someone with relevant language skills to work on international projects.
Additional skills	Ability to use basic Adobe Creative Suite and Auto CAD, SketchUp
Salary / Compensation	It’ll be decided by company’s HR based on each candidate’s experience and abilities (qualifications favorable). Annual pay includes benefits where applicable *Bonus twice a year and salary is reviewed once a year
Work hours and benefits package	Flexible hours Basic working hours 9:30am – 6:30pm Holidays: Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), public holidays, refresh holiday, end of year holiday, and paid leave Benefit packages and social insurance are included Commuting cost is paid separately

STEP03	Interviews Interview at our office and candidates which pass the interview stage will be informed of the skills test date. The interview will be conducted in Japanese.
STEP04	Skills test We will ask you to complete a simple design test on the day. The test will be conducted in Japanese.
STEP05	Offer of employment
