About the Project

Park City Musashikosugi The Grand Wing Tower together with two other towers, Park City Musashikosugi Mid Sky Tower and Station Forest Tower (both designed by JMA) complete an urban space in front of Musashikosugi station. .
These three towers are positioned around the plaza in front of the station, each with their own unique individual colors. The matching streamlined patterned façades and the design of the top of the buildings help to create a sense of unity in front of the station, like a symbol. The characteristic skyline forms a unique “sky address” so you can locate Musashikosugi town even from a distance.
The shape of the corners of the building and the sensitivity of the weave pattern are shared between the commercial facilities, and create a unity of the urban space surrounding the streets when viewed from up close.
The sequence of entrance through the residential tower creates the feeling of walking down a path surrounded by trees, and the ceiling of the large space has images of clouds to emote the feeling of being outside in nature. The columns are decorated with Japanese paper art by Eriko Hosogi, while the floor is paved in granite mosaic, reflecting the sunlight falling from the sky, and together with the glistening of the water outside make a unique entrance that residents can be proud of.
