Park City Toyosu was a landmark project for the Toyosu area that is an area with waterfront potential. We considered the balance with the existing large commercial facility and made it our design mission to create a beautiful waterfront view balanced with unity and character.

For the exterior design, we thought to weave the nature into the architectural design. It is structured based on the light green and salmon beige that creates a contrast with the white gently raised outer wall which was to have an image of the sky, ocean, clouds, light and wind.
The whole project was to create a high tower along with a flat type medium sized building, in order to create a light rhythm while balancing the natural view, we made two buildings with different heights, made the base with a limestone style earth colour and designed it to compliment the white colour layered theme.

This building has a transparency and pleasant cool sensation that suits the seashore due to the white grid wall on the curved surface of the precast concrete, light green coloured glass, the contrast with the salmon beige on the inside wall and the accent raster tile.
